Data Deletion Instructions

If you wish to permanently delete your connected Facebook, Instagram, or other social accounts, you can do so directly within the app.

1. Step 1: Go to the Social Media Management page (log in if prompted).
2. Step 2: Select the relevant tenant (if you have more than one).
3. Step 3: For each connected social account, click Disconnect next to the platform you wish to remove.

This will immediately disconnect your social media account(s) and delete all related tokens and data from our platform, in compliance with Facebook and Instagram data privacy requirements.
